"MSISDN" means the Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network- Number.

"Product(s)" shall mean mobile handsets, Skyfiber devices, gateway routers, set top boxes, telephone instruments, telecom equipment, network interface units (NIU), USB modems, data cards, accessories, spares & supplies, consumer electronic goods etc.

"Seller(s)" shall mean the entities including manufacturer of the products which sells the products to the User directly thought the Skyfiber.co.in website that includes Skyfiber group companies / subsidiaries.

"Sellers Policy / Terms and conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions or policies that governs the purchase of products from the Seller and Buyer agrees to comply the terms and conditions or policies by accessing that products.

"Service(s)" shall mean all services that Skyfiber provides to its subscribers through this Website including but not limited to mobile recharge, bill payment and any other value added services.

"You"/ "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and or using the Services offered through the Website and includes a subscriber of telecommunication and digital services of Skyfiber.
